Happiness has a direct influence in preserving our health while being upset causes illness. The basis of eternal happiness is spirituality and divine virtue, which is not followed by sorrow. 善良和光明的心

Kindly and radiant heart

同意在全球联盟，赞成普遍友好的善良，商量地聊天人类团结的一致精神和强调它作为一个伟大构思，有什么好处呢？，“除非这些想法都被翻译成行动世界的纲领。。。”

What would be the profit to agree in global union, consent to the goodness of universal friendship and talk of the solidarity of the human race as a grand ideal? , “Unless these thoughts are translated into the world of action...”

“人之儿女啊！你们知道为什么我们从同样的尘土创造了你们吗？为了无人能抬高自己于别人之上。时刻在心中思量你们是如何被创造的。既然我们已从同样的尘土创造了你们，你们就当如一个灵魂，以同样的脚走路，以同样的嘴吃饭，居住在同一块土地上，以从你们的内心本质，经由你们的品行，能显示出一体之征象和超脱之精髓。这就是我给你们的忠告，光之子民啊！谨记此忠言，庶几你们能从那美妙荣光之树摘取圣洁之果。”

 人的真正名誉和荣耀

  Human being’s real   glory and honor

物质方面的发展，利润和增进，只构成人类完美的一部分。真实完美的表示和人高贵状态的证据是他优秀的特性和优点，普遍的智慧和知识观念，卓越的情感和科学发现。人真正的修饰是道德优秀，是巩固和体现真正潜在的尊严和高贵，是正义的加剧和公平，诚实与仁爱，天生的勇气和毅力。它的成功和繁荣是在他尊重和保护人类权利，警惕地 维持所互相奠定的公约和协定，表达亲切，尊重所有国家的人民和施加为全种族的教育与进步。就这些造成人类境界的真正财富和繁荣与其名誉，幸福 和永恒的荣耀。

每个人生来都已表现和发展这些特征与崇高的完美被投资了潜力和能力；虽然这种潜在的礼物都是多元化而有差异的强度，没有一个人出生而无具有他唯一的潜在能力。只是其能力是隐藏的而需要被个人的施加出现和加以发展---就好像一个盛开百花的果树隐藏着在一个种子那样。“你们一切都拥有的能力”，巴哈欧拉确认地陈述，“只由于你们自己的意志力和尽力可体现出来。”

Of course the human world is in need of material advancements, but that alone is not enough, nor is it by itself worthy and deserving of the noble and high station of the humankind.  Material gains and progress constitute only one part of the human perfection. The real sign of superiority and development, and the proof of human being's exaltation is in his good attributes and virtues, universal wisdom and intellectual perceptions, and in his sublime emotions and scientific discoveries.  Human being's true adornment is his moral excellence, and his consolidating and manifesting the true senses of dignity and nobility, the acquirement of justice and equity, truthfulness and benevolence, natural courage and innate fortitude. It's success and prosperity is in respect for the rights of others and vigilant adherence to the provisions of mutual agreements and binding covenants, it is in his genuine kindness and esteem for all nations and in the exertions for the education of all the races and people.  These are among the signs of prosperity and true wealth of the human world and the cause of its eternal glory, happiness and honor.

Every human being is invested with innate potential and capacity to manifest and develop these traits and noble perfections, and while the potentials are diverse in degrees and measures, and varied in quality and kinds, no one is born without such powerful gifts and unique capacity.  Albeit, that capacity is concealed within its being and needs to be developed and brought to light, like a blooming and fruit-bearing tree which once been hidden in a seed. "All that which ye potentially possess, can" Bahá'u'lláh confirms, "…be manifested only as a result of your own volition."

人的两种性质与原始的状态：精神方面的现实和物理的存在

丰富的幸福和不断闪耀着喜悦是灵性的果实。物质方面的结果只能是暂时的快乐和欣喜；还有，它所不断的改变一直使人悲伤而导致多的痛苦和失望。

Two Natures of Human Being: Spiritual Reality and Physical Existence

The abounding radiance and continuous happiness and joy is the fruit of spirituality. The material aspect results only in temporary happiness and rejoicings, and its constant changes cause also sorrow and disappointments all the time!

“人具有两种天性的性质。实现人类的美德和完美取决于他精神的优势和它占主导在他动物性质的状态。”（阿博都.巴哈 的词语；1912 年7 月8，纽约，“马哈茂德的日记”）

“There are two natures in man. The realization of human virtues and perfections depends on the ascendancy of the spiritual over the animal nature in him.”  (Words of `Abdu'l-Baha, 8 July 1912, New York, "Mahmud's Diary")

人的身体与动物相似的被受到自然的法则；但，区别是 人还具有另一种的性质，即，现实的理性和理智---这智力的实体对于大自然占主导地位。人类享受和受益于所有科学和技术的进步是自然界隐藏和深奥秘密的性质，它都无法知晓的。自然 本身是被俘虏在它隐藏性质的所固定的规则而作为它们的从属；但是，人被具有潜在的力量而能够发现自然界的秘密和它不明的真实。就解开着自然存在无数的秘密，人一步一步地进步了，领看不见真实的知识出现而被学习。这证明了人类的存在赋予权力和能力，自然界无拥有的。人被赋予的理解力和潜在的能力都本身是他上级现实和精神方面性质，即，他精神的权力与力量。

The human body like the animals’is subject to nature's laws. But man is endowed with another nature, the rational and intellectual reality; and the intellectual reality of man predominates over the nature.  All these sciences and advancements which we enjoy and benefit from once been hidden and the recondite secrets of nature, all were unknowable to it itself, and the nature has been and is captive by the rules of the hidden mysteries that is concealed in it. Man, however, was enabled to discover these mysteries, progressed in unraveling the secrets of the existence; he brought the hidden realities out of the plane of the unseen into the plane of the visible and seen.  This proves that human being's existence endows powers and capacities which the nature does not possess. The intellectual faculties and potential capacities of the man are themselves the powers of his superior nature and spiritual reality; that is, his spirit—'the human spirit'.
